Our program is designed for those recently diagnosed with kidney disease, caregivers, and anyone preparing for dialysis. We cover critical topics such as the symptoms and stages of chronic kidney disease (CKD), nutritional guidance for eating well with kidney disease, coping strategies, and available treatment options, including home dialysis.
