Oregon Project Independence (OPI) is dedicated to enhancing the lives of residents in Eagle Point, OR, who are over 60, living with dementia, or facing disabilities. Our mission is to empower individuals to maintain their independence and safety at home through a variety of essential services. We offer personal care assistance, home care, chore services, assistive technology devices, adult day care, respite care, skilled nursing care, and home-delivered meals, all available on a Sliding Scale Fee Schedule based on income and medical costs. Once you reach out for assistance, a trained representative from the Area Agency on Aging will contact you to schedule a home visit. This collaborative assessment process helps us identify your specific needs and craft a tailored plan to support your journey to independent living, ensuring you receive compassionate care throughout your experience with OPI.
