The Meal Support Program, located in Estacada, OR, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support tailored for individuals over 16 who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers live, facilitated virtual group meals designed to create a nurturing environment where participants can enjoy meals together while receiving essential emotional and nutritional support. With multiple meal support sessions available four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner times, individuals can seamlessly integrate our services into their schedules. Each session is led by qualified nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are advancing toward their CNS certification.
