Located in Fairview, OR, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to provide accessible resources by screening every Veteran at VA facilities for obesity and connecting them to tailored weight management options, including group sessions, individual telephone coaching, and our innovative TeleMOVE! service for in-home support. Additionally, we offer the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-guided weight management and options for medical intervention like weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who need further assistance. We invite Veterans interested in improving their health to reach out to their local MOVE! Coordinator or VA provider to explore how we can support their weight management journey.
