NorthStar Clubhouse in Fairview, OR, is dedicated to supporting individuals living with mental health challenges by offering a compassionate and inclusive environment that promotes social connection and personal growth. Our program empowers members to move beyond the confines of social isolation through peer support, engaging social activities, and volunteer opportunities that foster a sense of community and belonging. We also provide essential services such as employment assistance, individual goal setting, nutrition and food preparation, and educational exploration. To join our healing community, applicants need a referral from a qualified mental health professional who can confirm their mental health diagnosis, which can be submitted via mail, email, online form, fax, or in person.
