Oregon WIC, located in Florence, OR, is dedicated to supporting the health and well-being of low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, along with infants and children from birth to five years. Through our Women, Infants, and Children Supplemental Food Program, we offer essential nutrition education, provide supplemental foods, promote breastfeeding, and connect families with vital healthcare services. In response to the ongoing challenges posed by COVID-19, we have adapted our services to ensure everyone can access support safely, with remote appointments available via phone, email, or video chat. We have also expanded eligibility criteria to accommodate those affected by the pandemic, ensuring more families can benefit from our resources.
