Located in Forest Grove, OR, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity each year and connected to tailored weight management services that fit their unique needs. We offer a range of options, including engaging group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for at-home support, as well as the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer self-management. For Veterans facing ongoing challenges with obesity, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
