The Meal Support Program in Gladstone, OR, provides free, accessible meal support specifically designed for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the outpatient phase of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers live, facilitated virtual group meals that establish a welcoming and secure environment for participants to consume nutritious meals while receiving essential emotional support. With meal support sessions available four times a day, including two lunchtime and two dinnertime options, participants can choose times that seamlessly fit their schedules. These sessions are led by trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator, who are actively pursuing their CNS certification.
