Located in Gold Beach, OR, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing essential food assistance and resources to individuals with dysphagia. Understanding the unique challenges faced by those with swallowing difficulties, we offer services that include food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment, all aimed at supporting low-income individuals in managing their condition with dignity and care.
