Located in Grants Pass, OR, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to low-income individuals facing dysphagia. Our mission is to ensure that those in need have access to vital resources, including specialized food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment. We understand the challenges our clients face and strive to support them with practical and compassionate services that improve their quality of life.
