MOVE! Weight Management Program in Grants Pass, OR, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through targeted weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is annually screened for obesity and connected to comprehensive weight management resources that cater to their individual needs. We offer a variety of supportive options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home assistance, along with the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer self-guidance. For Veterans facing challenges in weight loss, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
