Located in Happy Valley, OR, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to supporting low-income individuals with dysphagia by providing essential food assistance and adaptive resources. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for those facing swallowing difficulties by offering a variety of services including food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment.
