Oregon Project Independence (OPI) is dedicated to empowering individuals in Happy Valley, OR, who are age 60 and older, or living with dementia or certain disabilities, to maintain their independence and well-being while residing safely in their own homes. Our comprehensive suite of services includes personal care assistance, home care, chore services, assistive technology, adult day care, respite care, skilled nursing care, and home-delivered meals. We understand that everyone’s situation is unique, which is why we operate on a Sliding Scale Fee Schedule, allowing clients to contribute to service costs based on their income and medical expenses. After applying for services, our trained Area Agency on Aging staff will connect with you to assess your needs and develop a personalized plan to help you live independently and confidently.
