About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Hermiston, OR, is dedicated to supporting individuals over the age of 16 who are navigating the outpatient phase of eating disorder recovery. Through our free, accessible, and informed meal support sessions, we create a warm and welcoming environment where participants can share group meals facilitated by trained nutrition practitioners. With sessions available four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner times, those seeking support have the flexibility to attend as many meals as fits into their schedule. Our program emphasizes community, nutrition, and recovery in a safe space, helping individuals connect and heal through shared mealtime experiences. Please keep in mind that while we offer valuable meal support, we are not a crisis intervention program; for immediate assistance, contact crisis support services.
