Meal Support Program

Project HEAL Hillsboro, OR

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Hillsboro, OR, is dedicated to providing compassionate and informed meal support for individuals 16 and older who are navigating the challenges of eating disorder recovery at the outpatient level. Our program offers a welcoming environment through live, virtual group meals that occur four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner sessions, where participants can gather safely to consume nutritious meals. Facilitated by knowledgeable nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, our sessions are designed to foster connection and support during this crucial stage of recovery. Once registered, individuals are encouraged to attend as many meal support sessions as their schedules allow, ensuring they receive the ongoing assistance they need. While our program is focused on meal support rather than urgent care, we strive to create a nurturing atmosphere that empowers individuals on their journey to healing.
