Oregon Project Independence (OPI), based in Independence, OR, is dedicated to empowering individuals over 60 and those living with dementia or disabilities to maintain their independence and safety at home. Our comprehensive program offers a range of essential services including personal care assistance, home care, chore services, assistive technology, adult day care, respite care, skilled nursing care, and home-delivered meals. With our flexible Sliding Scale Fee Schedule, costs are adjusted based on income and medical expenses, ensuring that every individual has access to the support they need. Upon requesting services, a trained staff member from the Area Agency on Aging will conduct a home assessment to determine eligibility and work collaboratively with you to develop a personalized care plan that best suits your needs.
