MOVE! Weight Management Program in Jefferson, OR, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through a comprehensive approach to weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to support every Veteran who receives care at VA facilities by providing annual screenings for obesity and connecting them to tailored weight management services. We offer a variety of care options designed to suit individual preferences, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. Veterans also have access to the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-guided weight management, as well as weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who need additional assistance after engaging with our program.
