Project HEAL Jefferson, OR

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Jefferson, OR, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and over who are in the outpatient phase of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers live, virtual drop-in group meals that create a nurturing environment for participants to enjoy nutritious meals alongside peers while receiving valuable support. With four meal support sessions each day—two for lunch and two for dinner—participants can choose the times that best fit their schedules. All sessions are led by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are actively working toward their CNS certification. While our program focuses on supportive meal experiences, it is important to understand that we do not offer urgent care or crisis support. For crisis situations, please text HEALING to 741741 or contact emergency services.
