The Meal Support Program in La Grande, OR, provides essential, compassionate meal support for individuals over the age of 16 who are navigating eating disorder recovery at the outpatient level. Our program offers a safe and supportive environment through live, virtual drop-in group meals, where participants can gather for lunch or dinner up to four times daily. Facilitated by dedicated nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, our sessions not only provide nutrition but also foster community and connection among participants. This program is focused on recovery and support, enabling individuals to engage in nourishing meals with the assistance they need.
