The Meal Support Program in Lake Oswego, OR, provides compassionate and accessible meal assistance designed for individuals over 16 who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our unique approach features live, facilitated virtual group meals that create a supportive environment where participants can enjoy nutrition with guidance from trained nutrition practitioners. We offer four meal support sessions daily, giving individuals the flexibility to join as many as they need to fit their schedules.
