MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Lebanon, OR, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to screen every Veteran who receives care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management services that align with their individual needs and preferences. We offer a range of support options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which provides in-home messaging and clinician contact. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, along with access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans experiencing ongoing weight-related challenges.
