Oregon Project Independence (OPI) is dedicated to empowering individuals in Molalla, OR, who are over 60, living with dementia, or have disabilities, by providing comprehensive assistance that allows them to maintain their independence at home. Our program offers a wide range of essential services including personal care assistance, home care, chore services, assistive technology devices, adult day care, respite care, skilled nursing care, and home-delivered meals. Designed to be accessible, all participants contribute to some service costs through a Sliding Scale Fee Schedule based on their monthly household income and medical expenses. Once services are requested, our caring team from the Area Agency on Aging will reach out to conduct an in-home assessment to evaluate individual needs, ensuring that each person receives tailored support and a personalized care plan that reflects their unique circumstances.
