MOVE! Weight Management Program in Monmouth, OR, is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to annually screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management services that align with their individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of care options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer self-directed weight management. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who require more intensive support after exploring our primary programs.
