About Farm & Food Systems Fellowship

Located in Myrtle Creek, OR, the Farm & Food Systems Fellowship is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of leaders who advocate for a food system that is socially, environmentally, and economically just. We provide a unique opportunity for selected Fellows to engage in a comprehensive six-month experiential residency at our farm campus, where they receive in-depth organic food system education. Following their training, Fellows are encouraged to apply their skills during a Community Action Year, collaborating with regional non-profit organizations to enhance food accessibility and education. Our program empowers participants to grow diversified crops, lead educational initiatives, develop sustainable distribution channels, and support local food markets. We prioritize accessibility by not charging tuition for our Fellowship, fostering a welcoming environment where passionate individuals can become effective educators and advocates for food systems change.
