Located in North Bend, OR, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to supporting individuals with dysphagia by providing essential food assistance and resources. We understand the unique challenges faced by low-income individuals with swallowing difficulties, which is why we offer a variety of critical services, including food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment.
