Oregon Project Independence (OPI) is a dedicated statewide initiative located in North Bend, Oregon, aimed at supporting individuals over 60, those with dementia, and residents living with disabilities in certain counties. Our mission is to empower individuals to live safely and independently in their own homes. We offer a comprehensive range of services including personal care assistance, home care, chore services, and access to assistive technology devices. Additionally, we provide adult day care, respite care, skilled nursing care, and nutritious home-delivered meals, all designed to cater to your specific needs. Our services operate on a Sliding Scale Fee Schedule, ensuring that the cost is manageable based on your monthly household income after medical expenses. When you reach out for assistance, a trained staff member from the Area Agency on Aging will contact you to schedule an in-home visit to assess your needs and eligibility for OPI services. Together, we will create a personalized care plan to help you continue living independently.
