Located in Nyssa, Oregon, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing essential food assistance tailored specifically for individuals with dysphagia. We understand the challenges faced by low-income individuals in accessing safe nutrition, which is why our program offers a range of vital resources including food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment.
