Oregon Project Independence (OPI), based in Nyssa, OR, is dedicated to supporting individuals aged 60 and older, those with dementia, and certain individuals living with disabilities, empowering them to maintain their independence and safety at home. Our comprehensive range of services includes personal care assistance, home care, chore services, assistive technology, adult day care, respite care, skilled nursing care, and home-delivered meals. We believe that everyone deserves access to essential support, which is why we offer services on a Sliding Scale Fee Schedule based on household income and medical expenses. Upon requesting assistance, our trained Area Agency on Aging professionals will arrange a home visit to assess your needs and eligibility for our services.
