Oregon WIC in Nyssa, OR, is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children up to five years old. Our mission centers around promoting healthy eating and nutrition education, providing supplemental food assistance, and offering breastfeeding support to families in need. We also connect participants with essential health care resources. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we continue to serve our community through virtual appointments and have broadened eligibility criteria and allowable purchases to better support those affected. Oregon WIC is committed to helping families thrive through accessible food assistance and support.
