MOVE! Weight Management Program in Ontario, OR, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through personalized weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receives comprehensive obesity screening and access to a variety of tailored weight management options. We offer engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program, which provides in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer a self-managed approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available as a resource. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who continue to face challenges with overweight or weight-related conditions.
