Oregon Project Independence (OPI) is dedicated to supporting individuals in Ontario, OR, who are over 60, living with dementia, or in some counties, facing disabilities, helping them maintain their independence and dignity at home. Our comprehensive services include personal care assistance, home care, chore services, assistive technology devices, adult day care, respite care, skilled nursing care, and home-delivered meals. We believe that everyone should have access to quality care, which is why our services operate on a Sliding Scale Fee Schedule, adjusting costs based on monthly household income and medical expenses. Once you express interest in our services, a trained Area Agency on Aging staff member will reach out to schedule a home visit, during which your needs will be assessed to determine eligibility for OPI services. Together, we will develop a personalized plan that addresses your unique requirements, ensuring you receive the care you need to thrive in your own home.
