About Meal Support Program
The Meal Support Program in Ontario, OR, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support services for individuals aged 16 and over who are navigating recovery from eating disorders at the outpatient level. We offer virtual drop-in group meals designed to create a safe and supportive environment where participants can consume nourishment alongside others who understand their journey. With four daily meal support sessions—two for lunch and two for dinner—approved individuals can join as often as they need, allowing for flexibility that fits into their recovery process. Each session is led by skilled nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are actively working towards their CNS certification. While we are here to offer essential meal support, please note that this program is not a substitute for urgent care or crisis support. For immediate help, we encourage reaching out to available crisis resources.
