Home Delivered Meal Program

Community Action Program of East Central Oregon (CAPECO) Pendleton, OR

About Home Delivered Meal Program

In Pendleton, Oregon, the Community Action Program of East Central Oregon (CAPECO) is committed to ensuring that individuals who are homebound due to illness, disability, or social isolation receive the nourishment they need through our Home Delivered Meal Program. We provide nutritious hot and frozen meals delivered directly to your home, seven days a week, by our caring volunteer drivers who also take a moment for a friendly conversation to promote wellness. While we encourage participants to contribute towards the cost of their meals to help sustain the program, we believe that no one aged 60 and over should be denied access due to financial constraints. Additionally, eligible individuals under 60 who qualify for Medicaid may also receive meals. To join our program, an in-home assessment by a CAPECO Case Manager is required to determine eligibility, which is reviewed annually or as needed. Join us in ensuring that no one in our community goes hungry.
