Philomath Community Gleaners is dedicated to rescuing food that would otherwise be wasted, transforming surplus from local stores, restaurants, farms, and backyards into essential food assistance for our community in Philomath, OR. We prioritize providing fresh, nutritious food to those in need, ensuring that everyone can meet their basic nutritional needs. Our organization fosters a spirit of collaboration, encouraging members to volunteer eight hours monthly to support our mission. For households facing challenges in contributing volunteer hours, our Adoptee program offers a compassionate path to access emergency food resources. Together, we create a resilient and caring community where no one goes hungry.
