The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Prineville, OR, is dedicated to cultivating the next generation of advocates and educators for a just and sustainable food system. By providing tuition-free training and hands-on experience in organic food systems, the Fellowship empowers selected individuals to make meaningful contributions in their communities. Over six months, participants engage in immersive learning at our beautiful Farm Campus, gaining skills in diversified crop production, community gardening, and food literacy education. Following their training, Fellows embark on a Community Action Year, collaborating with local non-profits to implement their knowledge and support food equity initiatives.
