Located in Prineville, Oregon, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to enhancing the lives of low-income individuals with dysphagia by providing essential food assistance and resources. Our mission is to ensure that those with swallowing difficulties have access to critical supplies such as food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care products, and adaptive equipment.
