MOVE! Weight Management Program in Rainier, OR, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to comprehensively assess every Veteran who receives care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with personalized weight management services that align with their individual needs and preferences. We offer a range of supportive services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. The MOVE!
