The Meal Support Program in Rainier, OR, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and older at the outpatient level of care, specifically designed for those navigating recovery from eating disorders. Our program offers live, facilitated virtual drop-in group meals, where participants can enjoy a safe and supportive environment while focusing on nutrition. With meal support sessions happening four times daily, including two lunchtime and two dinnertime options, individuals can easily integrate this crucial support into their schedules. Each session is guided by qualified nutrition practitioners currently training for their CNS certification through the Clinician’s Incubator program.
