About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Redmond, OR, is dedicated to providing free and compassionate meal support for individuals over 16 who are navigating outpatient eating disorder recovery. Our program offers live, virtual drop-in group meals, creating a welcoming environment where participants can enjoy nutritious meals alongside others who understand their journey. With four meal support sessions available daily—two for lunch and two for dinner—participants can choose times that fit their schedules. Each session is facilitated by dedicated nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are committed to supporting participants' recovery while working towards their CNS certification. Our focus is on fostering a supportive community through nutrition and shared experiences, offering encouragement to those in need of additional assistance during their recovery process.
