Oregon WIC, located in Rogue River, is dedicated to enhancing the health and nutrition of low-income pregnant and postpartum women, as well as infants and children up to five years old. Our program offers essential food assistance through nutritious supplemental foods, nutrition education, and breastfeeding promotion and support. We strive to connect families with necessary healthcare referrals to foster overall well-being. In response to COVID-19, we have adapted our services to maintain accessibility, providing appointments via phone, email, and video chat to ensure those in need can still receive support. Oregon WIC has also broadened eligibility and purchasing options to assist more families during these challenging times, reinforcing our commitment to building a healthier community for mothers and young children.
