MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Sandy, OR, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through a comprehensive weight management and health promotion initiative. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity, providing tailored referrals to a variety of weight management options that align with their individual needs. Our services encompass group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which offers in-home support through messaging and clinician contact. For those who prefer greater autonomy, we provide the MOVE! Coach mobile app. Additionally, we address more persistent weight-related challenges with options for weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
