About Meal Support Program
The Meal Support Program in Sandy, OR, is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and over who are in the outpatient stages of eating disorder recovery. Our program features live, virtual group meals that create a safe and supportive environment for participants to nourish themselves while receiving guidance from trained nutrition practitioners who are on their way to certification. With meal support sessions available four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner options, individuals can join as often as they need based on their schedules. While we emphasize nutrition and community support, please note that this program does not serve as crisis intervention. For urgent care, we recommend contacting emergency services or texting HEALING to 741741.
