Our Family Support team is committed to providing reliable information and comprehensive assistance right from the moment of diagnosis. We offer a wide range of services, including personalized information and support, parent mentoring, nutritional education and meal planning, behavior management guidance, and help navigating the complexities of applications and appeals for Medicaid, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
