Oregon Project Independence (OPI) is dedicated to empowering residents of Scappoose, OR, and surrounding areas to live safely and independently in their own homes. Serving individuals over 60, those with dementia, and certain adults with disabilities, OPI provides essential services such as personal care assistance, home care, chore services, assistive technology devices, adult day care, respite care, skilled nursing care, and home-delivered meals. Our program employs a Sliding Scale Fee Schedule to ensure that costs are manageable, based on your monthly household income and medical expenses. When you reach out for help, our compassionate staff from the Area Agency on Aging will contact you to arrange a home visit, where they will assess your needs and develop a personalized care plan tailored to support your independence within the framework of our services.
