Oregon Project Independence (OPI) is dedicated to supporting residents of Scio, Oregon, who are over 60, live with dementia, or have disabilities, enabling them to maintain their independence and safety at home. Through a comprehensive range of services including personal care assistance, home care, chore services, assistive technology, adult day care, respite care, skilled nursing care, and home-delivered meals, OPI addresses individual needs with compassion and practicality. Our services operate on a Sliding Scale Fee Schedule, making assistance accessible based on household income and medical costs. Upon requesting services, a trained professional from the Area Agency on Aging will reach out to discuss your unique needs and conduct a home assessment. If eligible, you'll collaborate with our staff to develop a personalized care plan tailored to your specific requirements, ensuring you receive the support you need to thrive at home.
