Located in Sheridan, Oregon, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing essential food assistance and resources for individuals with dysphagia. We aim to support low-income individuals by offering vital items such as food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment.
