About Meal Support Program
The Meal Support Program in Sherwood, OR, is dedicated to providing compassionate, accessible meal support for individuals over 16 who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers a safe and understanding environment through live, virtual group meals facilitated by trained nutrition practitioners. With four meal support sessions each day, including two at lunchtime and two at dinnertime, participants can easily integrate support into their daily routines. Once approved, individuals are welcome to attend as often as needed to supplement their recovery journey. Though we focus on nourishment and support, this program is not a substitute for urgent care or crisis services. For those in need of immediate help, we encourage reaching out to professional crisis support. Your health and recovery are our priority, and we are here to support you every step of the way.
