MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Silverton, OR, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen all Veterans receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them to tailored weight management solutions that align with their individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of options including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program for in-home support. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-guided weight management, as well as access more intensive treatments like weight loss medications and bariatric surgery if needed.
