Oregon Project Independence (OPI) is dedicated to empowering individuals in Stayton, OR, who are over 60, have dementia, or live with disabilities in select counties. Our mission is to ensure that all individuals can live safely and independently in their own homes. We provide a wide range of vital services, including personal care assistance, home care, chore services, assistive technology devices, adult day care, respite care, skilled nursing care, and home-delivered meals, all offered on a Sliding Scale Fee Schedule based on income and medical costs. When you request services, a trained staff member from the Area Agency on Aging will reach out to schedule a home visit, where they will conduct a personal assessment to determine your needs and eligibility for OPI services. If you qualify, we will work closely with you to create a tailored plan that supports your independence and well-being.
