Cancer Transitions is dedicated to supporting cancer survivors in Stayton, OR, who have successfully completed their treatment. Our evidence-based program is tailored for individuals who have finished treatment within the last 24 months, but we warmly welcome all survivors at any stage of their journey. We offer essential services such as nutritional support, customized exercise plans, and education focused on emotional well-being and medical management.
